Crystal Castle & Shambhala Gardens is one of Australia's most iconic hinterland attractions — a 10-hectare subtropical sanctuary housing the world's largest collection of giant crystals, including the 5.5-metre Crystal Guardians and a 20-tonne amethyst geode. Family-owned and run for 40 years, we welcome more than 75,000 guests a year. We work with trade partners across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas.

General Admission
Self Explore
Self-guided exploration of 10 hectares of subtropical gardens, world-class crystals, labyrinths, and sacred spaces. Scheduled sessions included on the day: Crystal Sound Healing, plus a guided tour or crystal meditation. Average 3–4 hour visit.
Groups
Discovery Tour
Same price as Self Explore — but your group gets a private 40-minute guided highlights tour and a Crystal Sound Healing session in the Peace Dome. Crystal Guardians, Enchanted Cave, Kalachakra World Peace Stupa, Shambhala Gardens.
MICE & Incentive
Full Immersion Tour
Hosted throughout for MICE and incentive groups. Includes a private 40-minute guided highlights tour, an Aura Photo experience with expert interpretation, and a Crystal Sound Healing session in the Peace Dome, plus time to browse and explore.
Luxury
Private Highlights Tour
90-minute curated private tour for luxury FIT. Personal guide, professional aura photography, and a take-home crystal gift.

Booking
Groups book direct by email to groups@crystalcastle.com.au. FIT and agents can also book through Rezdy. Confirm final numbers and dietaries 7 days out.
Payment
Full payment 7 days before the visit. Monthly invoicing on 30-day terms is available after a credit application via accounts@crystalcastle.com.au.
FOC policy
One free of charge per 10 paying guests (max 3 per group) for bona fide tour leaders, drivers and local guides. One FOC meal per 8 paying guests.
Cancellation
Groups: free more than 7 days out, 50% from 7 days to 72 hours, 100% inside 72 hours. FIT: free more than 24 hours out.
Hours & blackout dates
Open every day 10am–5pm NSW time, last entry 4pm. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Good Friday. Tours don't operate 27–31 December, 1–7 January or Easter Saturday–Sunday.
Coach access & capacity
Coach parking on site. Group tours from 10 to 300 pax; private tours 2–8. Groups typically spend 1.5–2 hours; independent guests average 3–4.
Food & dietary
Lotus Café is vegetarian, with vegan and gluten-free options as standard. Group food packages from morning tea to seated lunch, minimum 8 pax, booked with the tour.
Famil visits
Complimentary for trade partners: entry, guided tour, Lotus Café lunch, sound healing and an aura photo. Give us a week's notice so the right people can host you.
